Drug free Punjab, Healthy Punjab
One day drug awareness programme was organized in Pine Grove College of Education. Dr.Bal Krishan was chief guest on the event.The main purpose of the event was to create awareness about drugs and to free the drug addicts from this addiction. They advised the teachers to form buddy goup. Buddy means friend and companion. They will form Buddy groups and solve their problems on their level. Teachers will also help the students to solve problems and parents will be given necessary information. Punjab government has started this scheme to free Punjab youth from drug. The information of Buddy group will help the students to relate to each other and solve problems. Dr.Deepali Singla,Principal of Pine Grove College of Education thanked Dr.Bal krishan ji for visiting the college.
