The students and staff of Pine Grove College of Education, Bassi Pathanan came together on 8 March to organize a food fest on the eve of women\u2019s day.The theme of festival was UNITY IN DIVERSITY. In this extravaganza food items from various states like dokhla, idli, halwa, kheer, Barfi, Dal, kachori, Sewiyaan, Kesari-Bhath etc. were prepared by the students. On this eve,students shared many recipes from all states and learned about our rich Indian culture.The food fest conveyed positive messages about food with plenty of colour and hands on cooking a way to transform young people\u2019s approach to eating.The food presented on the fest was blend of all states.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We celebrate women\u2019s day in PGCE every year.
